What customers need to know about my pricing is that they are reasonable for the type of jobs that I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process for working with a new customer is that I first get in contact with them so that we can schedule a meeting for me to take a look at the job that they want done. Once I take a good look and see what needs to be done and how I will then contact them again and let them know my estimate. If they agree with my price, we just then schedule a day for me to get the work done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training that I have that relates to my work is that before having my own company I worked for several others. Thats how I was able to gain experience and focus on my company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was 17 years old. working for several other companies helped me gain experience. I also try to find jobs on my own during the weekends to help me more and focus on what I wanted, while also working during the weekdays with a company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with really nice customers that admire my job and push me to do better.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that I was fond of was repairing a fence. I had to repair 3 posts. It only took me 3 hours with the help of one of my workers. Clients were really happy with it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

An advice that I would give a customer would be to look for someone that has experience, but that is also responsible and takes seriously the job that they are hired to do so.
